What a shitty venue. It looks every bit the crappy local library it used to be and even worse it is right across the street from my old high school. If it wasn't for the fact that it was the only place to hear live music in this rather boring suburb I live in I would never have gone there. The damn place doesn't even have a bar. The only upside was everyone working there were all pimply faced teenagers so I was able to slip one of them a $20 and they let the eight of us walk in with an 18 pack of beer and a small bottle of bourbon.

Still, I went there with three of my old high school friends and their wives, my girlfriend and I were the only ones not married with kids, and we all pretended we were teenagers again going to a concert and not worrying about the kids left with the baby sitters. I hate this growing old shit. I don't even have kids but because all my friends do everything has to scheduled three weeks in advance.
