Made mash with baked potatoes the other day, like chefs often seem to recommend on the tv. It was really good, tasted more potatoey, but it does require more liquid butter/milk or whatever when you are mashing them up.

You add breast milk.

Can you make butter or cheese out of breast milk?

I'm a potato purist myself. Just raw-fried (not sure what the official term for that is in english, potatoes fried without being boiled first) or baked will do nicely for me, thanks. Cold baked potatoes are heaven.

We don't have a special word for that. You have to specify if you are going to do anything else like par boil them first.
