Cheap Program..........

For fixing "redeye" in photos on the computer.

Any recommendations?

in RC's case, the redeye is nothing to do with the camera

And by the way there are much better ways than this of removing red eyes with Photoshop.

IrfanView also is free, I use it as my default viewer, and it has a redeye removal/reduction function..
