Wolfmother split up

No idea how much international coverage they got, but seeing as "The Joker and the Thief" was featured on Shrek 3, I figure some at the least.

Really sad to hear they split, I loved their first album. Very Led Zeppelinish.

They were also on guitar hero (2?). I liked their first album a lot. shame.

They got relatively big over here. They won a Grammy apparently.

Also it seems half the band are carrying on and the other half are concentrating on a side project.

From what I understand (aka heard on the radio) there were three of them, and two of them left.

Saw them at the Manchester Roadhouse about 2yrs just before they got a lot of publicity. Not an original sound but some good songs.

Shame there's a severe lack of quality in the Rock scene this year, that's more worrying than them splitting up though!
