Fred Stolen: over-translated lyrics quiz

These are the first lines of some very, very well-known songs that I've run through loads of random iterations of Google Translate, inevitably involving Dutch at some point. Can you guess what they actually are?

1. Once At the same time, and even critical.
You throw a handful of ten years and condolence, is not it?
Correct answer: Bob Dylan - Like a Rolling Stone

2. My son will not tinker
He loves me, because
I think
Correct answer: Outkast - Hey Ya

3. This is absolutely essential
2 - Display
3 clear
Now is the time to the Committee against feeding
Correct answer: Carl Perkins - Blue Suede Shoes

4. Life is much easier
Long live freedom.
Request for travel
Correct answer: AC/DC - Highway to Hell

5. Every child, a baby
You want to know
In fact, this is what it is a bad
Correct answer: Britney Spears - Baby One More Time

6. It is not necessary to know the young people.
I do not mean young people can choose their own factories.
Correct answer: Village People - YMCA

7. If you have any questions, please come to my mother.
Following the incident, in his speech.
Correct answer: The Beatles - Let It Be

Oh you know, mega-hits. The occasional rock classic. Radio staples.

That's correct. "Committee against feeding" would be a great album title.

wow. I assume that's the opening verse? Only thing even remotely similar is the numbers. Where did committee come from?

No idea. Don't get hung up on all the words, some are totally plain wrong. See if you can retro-translate individual snippets and try to make them fit songs you know.

Nope, though good guess. In the song the action in the first line is actually reversed, it took me like thirty translations to get it to not say it that way.

Clues for the rest:

"ten years": actually a currency unit
"son": actually his girlfriend
"live", "life": both in the wrong tense
"it isn't necessary": pretty much a straight synonym for the correct beginning of the second half of the first line

1. Rock for old, nostalgic white men
2. Crossover music for people who wish black people were white
4. hard rock, as Greg would say, not metal
6. French-produced novelty cash-in
7. Self-written band pop nominally by famous team

More clues:

#2: the last line says pretty much the opposite of what the line originally read

#6: There was only one young person in the original song

Yes. One left to go, the one I thought would be easiest by far because it's actually fairly close to the original, meaning-wise.
