I could have bet good money on track 13 having been made in the last fifteen years. Amazing!

Shows the strengths and weaknesses of the LWP format, a track where the context is so important...

Scabby- I'm absolutely convinced that the Blind Boys of Missisippi do indeed have albums available on CD. I very nearly bought one a couple of years ago- and I'm not confusing them with the Blind Boys of Alabama.

It's staggering. Delia Derbyshire was an absolute genius, but hardly released anything commercially (bar lots of scary noises on old episodes of "Dr Who").

Actually they do (now that I checked again, I seem to remember they didn't) - but mostly from 1960 onwards, after the death of Brownlee. There is one best of collection in the cheapo "20th Century Masters" series, which is like half 50s though.

I still recommend "Kings of the Gospel Highway", it's brilliant and I'm not even sure the Blind Boys are the best thing on there.

White Noise released one album- "An electric storm", which is stocked by Amazon. There are also a number of compilation albums by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop that Amazon have available, notably "Dr Who At The Radiophonic Workshop Vol. 1: The Early Years 1963-1969 ".

That's what I've been asking!

I volunteered, but then Scabby volunteered you.

I don't think he was serious. I wouldn't have a clue what to do with it.

ok, I don't have any time to compile until next monday so that's the defacto deadline.

I already have K_G and devilmunchkin's reviews for this part.

Which tracks do you want? 1-8 are the "official tracks"?

Ah ok, 1 to 8 then please. In which case, K_G, could I have a review for track 8 if you have any time?
