I wonder if I can turn him into my very own thread stalker. What's the odds? At least while he's involved with Devil Munchkin.

DM is getting the cold shoulder and even worse from this group.
i hadn't noticed. how do you know this? provide examples?

actually, you did threaten him. you threatened to go to his server and have his internet taken away. then you began pointing out that you thought what he was doing was a federal offense. You also starting naming how many years he could get in jail if you chose to turn him in. that sounds rather threatening to me. i'm in no position to say if what he was doing was, as i'm not up to date on any sort of government law.

here's my criticism: you should have stepped in an banned tia and BW LONG before LR stepped in because they were using abusive language against me (and this is even beforei went off the deep end). Of course their posts are now convieniently deleted by them before anything was closed. But darkstar, you should have stepped in because this had been going on for a week before i EVER fired back in an undecent manner.

also, I've already apologized on that board AND THIS BOARD. has anyone else??? BUt Tia, who insitigated the whole matter is "poor tia"? my ass! this cow dissapoints me.

Darkstar: he's not stalking you. He's just standing up for what he believes in. Granted he was misdirected in the "goatlover" thread...but other than that he was right on target for insult threads.

Wrongo, DM.

I said he should realize that he leaves a trail, which would be used against him.

And I told you that someone else in the fight used an anonymizer or a protector, but their service passed through everything so you could back trace them back to their source as well.

Then I saw the rape line of his. Cut and paste it from his post to you. I told you that is all a Judge or DA would care about.

And then I sent you another sentence from a difference post.

I asked you to ask him to chill down, as that could get people in trouble. Like him.

Where's the threat?

I couldn't ban anyone prior to this mess, DM. I was just cleared with Miike and Claudia to clean up the warez and porn. And notify them of other problems. That was the deal we had for actually MODERATING forums and posts. I could do a lot to help out regular posters with problems. But as there hadn't been any problems, we hadn't needed to go over any new policy changes, nor needed to ban people or delete stuff.

Now, I'm fully blessed to be as big an ass or bastard there as I feel like, moderator wise.

So, you told him I was threatening him? Well, that explains where that came from. I don't believe in threats. Better to just do it, and be done.

Yeah, they've cleaned some of their own mess... and Claudia and MtG has cleaned up a lot more.

Examples of cold shoulder? You've been told to go away... you aren't being talked to. You are not being engaged or asked to join in the reindeer games... You are getting the general 'ignore it and it will go away' routine.

Anything else? You have my IMs, so I know you can contact me when you wish... We can do this in or out of the public eye. Up to you...

However, I do owe your boy one point. I had thought he had rushed to the conclusion I was threatening him. You told me in IM earlier that you told him what I told you. Now, you say you are the one that told him that I was threatening him.

LogicalRealist, for saying you are a complete twit who rushes off before he has finished hearing the sentence, that, I apologize to you for that.

um no
here's why:
when you start saying how many years he can get for something he did or didn't say, and then directing saying all you have to do is show his server i take that as a threat.

also:

um..everyone is talking to me, even teaching mee 100-0 and own goal. where have you been?
but say this IS true...why me? i'm the only one who apologized even though a raid was made on me and i'm only guilty of hotly firing back. where's the logic in this?

You really need to pay more attention to what people say. Not to beat the zombie horse too much, DM, but I said 'Holy Shit! Do me a favor and ask your boy to chill down his language' You: 'Why?' Me: 'Cause his language his in the danger zone.' You: 'What? Why? It's ok for them to attack me but not us them?' Me: 'No. It's language like this {pasted in the first rape line}.' You: 'What's wrong with that?' Me: 'Well, he's in Cali. That's a zero tolerance state. They just sent away a couple of people for doing that, as a joke. Just tell him tone that down, alright?' You: 'How do you know where he is?' yadda yadda blah...

You asked about 100-0. Did you read the threads you asked that in? You did get told to just go away after you'd been answered a couple of times.

Unless there is a new line on this issue, DM, I'm done with talking about this here. You are free to IM or PM me. The only people that *care* about this are you and LR.

100-0 is the response given to somebody who makes a ridiculously obvious statement in response to a question.

Person 1- Question
Person 2- Obvious statement
Person 1- 100-0

For Own Goal, it would have gone like this:

Person 1- Obvious Question
Person 2- "Own Goal"

Saying "Own Goal" is how Person 2 avoids getting 100-0ed.

I SEE!! said the blind munchkin

so 100-0 only happens if someone ANSWERS the obvious question. got it. but what if it's not obvious to everyone?

Then we have debate. It doesn’t really matter anyway, I just find the phrase ‘Own Goal’ funny. Especially after that Frank Sinclair special.

You see, we're all here because we're bored. So, when a 100-0ed answer isn't obvious to everybody, there's a giant argument and everybody faces off on the two sides (until we get tired of it and move on to making fun of Ming).

Own goal .

If you're too serious, you stand a good chance of being 100-0ed a lot .

It's a degenerative spinal condition... right at the top of my spinal cord. It just sounds like old age to me.

It gets painful when I put stress on it... we will see about golf
