Listen Without Predjudice 4 - Part 1

This probably won't publish properly 'cause I don't know how to get the image below 10K, managed 10.8K so I hope that will work. Anyway, it'll be here.

Great when I published it it converted Sean's fancy punctuation marks to Question marks... What a bunch of Twat.

That was really funny, particularly KG's 'Skanking' comment. I think I should probably take more than 10 minutes over my reviews next time though.

Your review of that is my favourite individual review out of the whole lot. It stopped me dead every time I was editing it 'cause I was laughing so much.

I don't know what was going through my head liking that ska song, I listened to it again and I still don't hate it.

Damn, I thought all of the classical/weirdo folk tracks were submitted by the same person. Bugger.

Er, this was my least fav section overall. Things will only get better from here!

I don't know. But I have BGH's reviews for all the tracks.

Track 9 is my favourite song that wasn't submitted by me.

CG is using the wrong character set, combined with Opera being a bit poor.

And I won! Because I guessed track 2 was SB! Because I was trying to piss him off!

That's great. You did win it by a single guess, Laz didn't get Debaser for the last track which won it for you. I was getting excited adding them all up.

Also, is there some mystical quality to track number 9? protein loves the CD 2 one, Funkodrom loves the CD 1 one.

The person who guessed the fewest correct?

protein I think. He did totally random guesses and only got 1 correct. You and Bas both got at least 2.

My song was guessed as mine by the fewest people, only Shakey.

No, no, the person most people guessed tracks were chosen by, when they in fact weren't. Like everyone guessed Sean on Laz's song.

Done, and I ‘win’ again. SB almost won it with the last track, and I may have mis-counted. Also, Bas and I didn’t have tracks in that section. Neither did Ghidra or protein, but they are mid-table and below.

Sean: 8
Scabrous Birdseed: 7
Mr. Bas: 7
Lazarus and the Gimp: 6
Debaser: 5
Resource Consumer: 4
King_Ghidra: 4
The Shaker: 3
Funkodrom: 3
protein: 2
*End Is Forever*: 2
Provost Harrison: 1

Compare with the results of this poll.

When compiling these I noticed just how many people guessed me for the track that drove me to actually make up a completely different track and review it just so I didn’t think about the actual track.

Holy shit! Thanks for telling me you were submitting reviews a bit at a time. I was in the penalty box over that one.

Good work on the songs and the writing...very "diverse" set of tunes. I wouldn't have had a clue who picked what, and didn't want to make an ass of myself. But I probably would have at least tied for last.

I'm surprised at a couple of you...goes to show how different people are. We're all over the boards.

No problem, Funky...I have a swelling feeling of achievement where there is usually a sense of impending deadline and doom!

And thanks again to Sean for sending the discs! No return address, so I can't send something in thanks.

It had "inspected by US customs" stamped and taped all over it...yikes! I hope I'm not on some "Euro sympathizer" list now.
