Post Audioslave album out!

Today if you are in the US, yesterday if you are in the UK. No idea when if you live somewhere else.

Hmm, might have to download the album to see if I like it first.

Obviously I will buy it if it's good.

Why does the UK get everything first?

Hmm...combine the absolutely terrible vocals of Soundgarden with the political propaganda of Rage Against the Machine and you get...more of the same.

Holy fuck, "the absolutely terrible vocals of Soundgarden" coming from a Nickleback fan?

Nickelback's vocals are pretty bad too, actually.

I liked Silver Side Up and The State for a couple of weeks each. The songs are too shallow and the voice too grating to listen to for prolonged periods, but I do enjoy their albums for a couple of weeks.

I wouldn't classify me as a fan really.

Nickleback can't even play, let alone sing, at least Audioslave has talent. A group of fucking mentally challenged gimp chimpanzees could play Nickelback songs without a challenge and probably have it sound better.

I actually think Audioslave and Nickelback are on the same level for vocal talent.

I'll never understand some people's fascination with Chris Cornell's vocals.

The difference is:

Chris Cornell's vocals are really good but distinctive so some people don't like them.

That Twat Kroeger's vocals are really shit but distinctive so some people don't like them.

Chris Cornell sounds like he's going into spasms while singing. Why do people like that?

I can't stand hearing that Audioslave song. It makes me cringe. Everything but the vocals are good. But the vocals are just so grating that it ruins the whole song.
