The unchecked rise of the Darkness continues as they lead the race for the Brit awards with four nominations; best British group, best album, British breakthrough act, and best rock act. Dido, Dizzee Rascal, Daniel Bedingfield and Busted (why?) all have three nominations. It's been a weak year, obviously.
