Oh dear, musical quandary. Manic Street Preachers are playing in London on the 8th December to celebrate the launch of their "Best of" album. This means they will be playing their older classier material. However this is also the date of the Sonic Undermind gig.......what a choice.....

Manic Street Preachers are possibly the shittest band in the world and I know you know that. This is just to annoy me and funko.

We can easily find a guitarist with an amp you know.

You sir have no taste. The manics are musical geniuses, I am deadly serious.

Then you really do have appalling musical taste. I can forgive you for you comedy rock bands - but bands that are actually awful - fuck!

Apparently a c beast is when you post in the 100th post of a thread. X fear is when you fear cross-posting and quote the post immediately above yours.

There is no choice. You are booked to play a gig so you do that.

This seems to be the week of people saying Touche to me!

Stop it! I keep having Touche turtle flashbacks.

Touche away!

You'd rather them be saying 'touch me' wouldn't you Funk? ;)

Actually, I have to agree with Nils... The first few Manics albums (especially the Holy Bible) ranged from nice to fantastic. I mean, I don't take their overblown socialist rhetoric too seriously, but musically, they rock(ed).

Even though they could've done a better job on picking the songs for Forever Delayed. A far better job.
