All the LWP3 CDs have been sent out. I've gotta set a deadline for the first set of 7-8 reviews, and I'm thinking end of next week. However, if you're willing to do your two reviews that were meant to be done several months ago this weekend and next weekend, I'm willing to postpone it. So what's it gonna be?

IAIN!!!

Shouldn't you see how long it takes the CD to get to Guy before you set the review deadline?

End of next week for LWP3 is a bit of a nightmare for me 'cause I've got to do the full 5 gig, 16 band review of this battle of the bands series next week and I'm busy Saturday and Sunday of both this and next weekend. I could do it but it'd be a shit job.

Also if Iain hasn't managed to do his LWP2 review yet after however many months (or even post the CDs?) how's he going to get LWP3 done by next week?

I'm going to go into his room and repeatedly punch him in the face until he does it?

Anyway, this review is much less work, 8 30-word reviews takes a slow writer less than half an hour.

I told you to do that with him and LWP2, you are so selfish.

You still have to listen to the songs several times.

So? When you get the CD you're going to put it on constant repeat everywhere around the house, right?

Yes, except when I'm cooking - No CD player in the kitchen - or in the lounge and my housemates are watching TV or when I'm listening to all the band demos I've got when I'm writing the battle of the bands reviews...

I don't know about you but I like to listen to the songs and really concentrate on them a few times before I write the LWP reviews.

Perhaps I'm just used to working against a tight deadline with reviews... Amateurs.

Okay, giving you one week per eight songs, when do people want to start?

No problem normally, unfortunately for you you're up against my publishing deadline for the magazine I'm writing for and I was given that deadline first, and it's a deadline for something that has to go to the printers. :p

I think it should be a week from when everyone has received their CDs whenever that might be.

That's what I said, end of next week. Unless you mess up the copying to Ric and Other Mike.

Airmail to the US takes 4 days.

It's supposed to. I wouldn't put any money on it though.

I forgot about copying the CD. Bugger. Hopefully I can do that tomorrow night.

I will concentrate on surfing porn whilst I listen to it

Nothing I can do about LWP2 now, it’s all in Iain’s court.

Does this mean I can’t listen to the new Sigur Rós (()) CD as much as I’d like? Bugger.

I have seen no sign of the CDs as yet, haven't checked yet today, though.

Probably got confiscated at customs because of the dangerous contents.

It's variable. I've sent stuff that's got there in 4 days, other times it's taken longer.
