Trick: If you hold down the space bar you can get a crap load of consecuitive stabs in the exact same place before the knife moves.

Yes. Start by cutting off your three middle fingers. Hold down the spacebar and cover the entire space between thumb and little finger as close as you dare. You can easily get 10k points this way, then it starts to get fast.
