Can someone recommend me one or two good songs of theirs?

I've only heard "Whatever Happened To My Rock 'n' Roll (Punk Song)"... it's quite good though.

"White palms" is good.

However, why bother? They're a Jesus and Mary Chain homage band so why not check out the originals?

Go for....

"Upside down"
"Some Candy Talking"
"Blues from a gun"
"Just like honey"

Thanks for the suggestions. Now if only the telephone company hadn't confused my street's name with another one in a different district I would have had my connection and would listen to them. :clueless:

Bugs, I already have most of Jesus and Mary Chain songs. If they immitate them, well, things could be worse.

They're not very good live. Unfortunately. More in the forthcoming Counterglow feature, "Snapcase's Festival Diaries: Roskilde 2002".

(I vaguely like the Glammy "Spread your Love" (Plus "WHTMRNR (PS)"), the rest of the album is quite good too, but watch out for the dull and rather too Stone Rosesy "Rifles".)

Don't you think Spread Your Love sounds like that hellish Spirit in the Sky song from the mid 80's?

I wonder if it is accidental that Jesus and Mary Chain also seem to suck live. At least the one concert I saw of them.

Spread your love is the only sond og BRMC I've heard so far. Nice but it does seem to be a "copy" of musical schemes which have been around and exploited for a long time.

Still it's nice
