I do like clamato in a compechano cocktail. Preferably with lots of clams, shrimp, and squid bits.

People in Mexico and central America love it. They put it on all sorts of stuff but especially in ceviche and sea food cocktails. Oh, and bloody Maries, of course. If you don't want it you have to specify other wise that is what they will bring you.
