Just no stupid twitchfest CoD clones.

Well, what did you play? And why you still got that ugly avatar?

Just started to play around with Divinity: Original Sin, since it was on a Steam sale. It's difficult, but has been fun for the few hours I've put into it. I think Unicorn Ponyboy Willi had good things to say about it.

Thanks for the suggestions - played MTW2 Crusades in the mean time

te4 looks cool - but as its coming to android I might wait for that version.

Dying Light looks awesome - but my processor just isn't up to it.

Last of us also looks good - but I'm not on PS

Defense grid is a little basic for my liking.

Space Engineers - looks interesting - when its finished

Looks like it might be time to head into Elite then - as I'm old enough to have played it the first time round on the BBC micro...

Blood hell its a faf to get working.

Massively slow download server with no options for alternative and then a DX error...

Okay now suggest me a game ... a free online one. I'll also accept pay-optional games. I have no problem donating money to a game I like provided it's not one of those kind of games where you pretty have to pay to succeed.

The current game I've been playing is The Settlers Online. The previous was a now defunct city-building strategy game. Before that, it was Adventure Quest.

Beta1 your download may have coincided with the release of 1.1 (lots of dl happening), my internet is so crap I don't notice when it's slow :) (if you manage to get in my in-game name is Vonner)

btw Space Engineers has a free weekend on Steam this weekend.

I think that was the problem. Havn't got past the training section yet - I've got a HD on the blink and am waiting for a new SSD to arrive to replace it. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Civilization: Peacekeeper

It's just like whatever flavor Civ you normally play, with one additional victory requirement: you must keep every AI player alive right through the end turn.
