So on Masterchef yesterday they went to Osteria Francescana in Modena

This dish is called "Oops! A fallen tart"

Another one was "The attempt of a French chef to make pasta like an Italian"

The chef's philosophy is to ignore all the traditional rules and make dishes only with a story and emotion, and instead of make every dish the same, make every diner's experience unique.

Anyway, the whole show made me think of MrG.

I like the idea though, seems better than well prepared but boring and loveless food.

It's still 3 Star Michelin food, so you still get 20 chefs faffing around for 3 days to make each dish, they just then throw it on the plate.

I think it's like that Picasso quote

“It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child.”
