Why it's being denied to the rest of the world is a mystery.

Wiki says the name is flexible: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Coffee_Day

Tomorrow to celebrate Coffee Day, a free cup of coffee at Krispy Kreme, free samples at Starbucks, buy one get one free at Timmy's.
I'll stay home and have good coffee instead :D

Mine says:

Can be quiet and moody

Abrupt and dismissive

Sort of set in their ways

Resistant to making changes

:D

Really, it depends though. Almost always black no sugar at work (instant), or home (nespresso or perc), but almost always 'something nice' with sugar at a coffee shop...

Never decaf (what's the point?), or soy, or what have you...

:gasmaske_eek:

It's the instant that requires milk and sugar most of all!

Great coffee - black
Good coffee - black
Bad coffee - milk
Horrible shitty coffee - milk and sugar
Starbucks - pour it out in the parking lot

Scorchbucks!

We have a Baltimore Tea and Coffee nearby which is much better. Prices are creeping up but nowhere near Starbucks.

We have Coffee #1 (http://www.coffee1.co.uk/), based here in Cardiff and voted best UK coffee chain for the last four years running...:)

Fuck chains. Visit your little local independent places.

That's the problem though, that's what they were 10 years ago.

Same with Waterloo Tea (http://www.waterlootea.com/news_and_events/we-are-recruiting/)

Are we supposed to boycott these places simply because their formula is so popular that they can expand?
