What a steaming pile of horse manure!:tizzy:

I mean, sure, great special effects but the story was utter total crap!

J.J. Abrams must be the single most overrated person in the history of movie making: His one big idea of altering the ST universe is just so he can plunder all the original ST plots and plagiarise them in a vastly inferior way!!!

Complete and utter dross, and the worst thing was, I was expecting it to be shit and it still surpassed my expectations of utter shitness!

7/10

If total shit gets a 7/10, what does it take to get a 2/10?

This might be the most helpful post in the history of CG. Very unlazy.

I did wonder about the blood thing. I took the red trees and natives story about as seriously as the first chase scene of a Bond movie.

I laughed out loud at the Khan! scream.

Also, two more cracks about red shirts is two too many. The guy in red that bit it in the first movie was enough.

What the hell was Spock thinking when he picked up a hand phaser and chased a guy that killed about 50 Klingons and half a dozen assault craft singlehandedly?

Still liked the movie, I'm going to stop thinking about it so I can hold on to that.
