_one glass of wine of olive oil in the casarole

_green peas (around 400 kg)
_chop FRESH onions (just the roots)
_chop carrots
_chop pataoes in 4 pieces
_dill (i think it's called)

put them all in the casarol.

put water just as much as it covers the food.

medium to strong fire, 45 minutes.

(stire from time to time)


take off fire, leave it alone for a minute or two


serve with feta (and grind some black pepper if you want to)


heaven

here is one with less oil but yummy too.

6cl of olive oil
4 potatoes sliced thin
one big onion sliced thin
one sweet red pepper cut into chunks
one sweet green pepper cut into chunks
salt & pepper

combine and roast at about 220 degrees C for 15 mins or so.

A casserole that isn't very deep is best, that gives more surface to get brown crispy bits. :D

I gues i'm on a trajectory to replicate perfectly the repicepess of my family (seeing as the SO is SUCH a horrible cook, lol but what would you expect. I love her notheless though).

I am having conceptual difficulties with the 400 Kg of peas.

I shelled two Kg of peas once and temporarily had a green thumb.

(but thankfully there are different interpratations of what actually is natural gas)
