Nice review Mike. Somehow that Stereophonics thing doesn't sound as good now as it did last night.

No, that'll be the booze. :D

Could you think of anything negative about the Hundred Reasons performance?

err....no flaming gong on the drum kit?

A flaming gong will improve any situation, true.

I couldn't think of anything either. Great gig!

Oh, I copied the review to a few sites and I got an e-mail back from Dave from the singer from Lucky Thirteen, their flyer outfoxed us. It's actually Twofold who they are releasing that split single with who are playing at The Fez next month. Not Lucky Thirteen. :( I ammended the review.

I'll read it tomorrow sometime.

It's 3:30AM and I'm trying to get to bed before 5AM today.

What type of music is it?

Good article Mike, and the monitor story is funny.

Quick question from a dumbass: How can a debut album be "hotly anticipated"? Did the band do very extensive live tours only and finally made a CD years later or something?

Dear Dumbass,

Hundred Reasons had released a couple of good singles. People were hotly anticipating the album to see if the band could maintain the momentum created by these initial releases. Plus they did have a good live reputation proir to the album launch.

Thanks Anne!

PS: Your debut album is hotly anticipated here in Canada. The Eskimos won't stop talking about it!

I'm sorry, you're reply just doesn't seem to make any kind of sense.

They've been touring for ages and building up a big live following, they've released a few EPs and singles which have built up a big buzz.
