I think a higher proportion of English students going to study abroad can only be a good thing for us as a country.

I graduated there too.
it took me from '80 to '95, but in the end they sent me out magno cum kick-in-the-ass

I think many master's degrees in the Netherlands throughout the country are already in English. Not that many English students yet though, but a smattering of Germans, Eastern Europeans and Asians when I studied in Groningen. For bachelor's degrees, it's still pretty uncommon though.

All the Dutch people I've met just talk English all the time anyway, despite me being fluently fluent in dutch. ;)
