Now, the US has a pretty dismal record when it comes to junk food, it seems will eat anything if they put enough salt and sugar on it, but the UK might have just taken the cake.

Putting hot dogs in pizza crust? Really? All the cheese and greasy processed meat like toppings weren't enough so you just had to add in a sausage made from ground up pig anuses and snouts? It's not like pizza was health food to begin with but adding hot dogs into the crust more than doubles the fat content and provides about a 66% boost to total calories. The doctors from the NHS should be out protesting in front of Pizza Hut over this.

If you really don't care what the doctor thinks though you can now feel the fear but order it for home delivery (UK only) anyway. Don't forget the free mustard drizzle sauce or the bacon shake.

I like how that guy declared it a monstrosity... Not that it stopped him from eating half a pizza by himself and then complaining the delivery driver forgot his mustard drizzle sauce.

kinda like the Pizza Hut cheeseburger pizza

and the worst thing I ever learned about chicken feed is that it's partly made of chickens, specifically spray-on chicken fat to reduce fines in the mix (and to provide fat)

all we need now is an outbreak of mad chicken disease

We're simultaneously having a British food revival and catching up with the US in horrendous food and obesity.

Probably as our gap between rich and poor increases to match yours.
