I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this series, but watching India get not just beaten, but bullied, wasn't it.

Really not sure what India are playing at. Their bowling in the second innings was rubbish- slow and short-pitched sitters. England would have needed shooting if they'd failed to cash in on that.

India's batting hasn't been great, though that's heavily skewed by the fact that England's bowling has been magnificent. Broad deserved the MOM from this match, but Anderson was bowling some real beauties, and Bresnan was blazing away merrily too (I still can't shake the suspicion he's a county pie-chucker who's just blundered into an incredible run of form, though).

Good times.

I watched the morning yesterday, it was embarrassing bowling from India. Like they'd already given up. The Sky commentators were brilliantly scornful. Their descriptions of what else was on the plate the bowlers were serving up their runs with went on for a good half hour.

But England did incredibly well to recover from where they were part way through the first day.

This might be hubris, but it looks like England are the best in the world at test cricket. I've never been able to say that before.

India can't win this match. Their bowling is really meek.

Tomorrow could be fun. I can see Prior and Broad just letting rip and really battering the runs out.

It is amazing isn't it. India don't seem to have really turned up mentally though. Last test and this one, whenever I've been watching their bowling and fielding has been lackadaisical.

That Cook again, after having looked a bit crap all series.

Irritating bastard.

Actually, it's a bit slow today. I was hoping for some epic slogging.

Yeah, Boycott must be creaming his whites.

And the whitewash is completed.

Nice to see Swann getting a chance to strut his stuff, but I'm disappointed at how crap India were.
