What do we think?

I think it's an awesome concept. Probably only to replace existing light rail, and would only work in some cities. But love the creative thinking.

It's almost like having a second road above the first, just for mass transit!

Saw this on the news here, it is pretty cool.

I'm glad that video had chinese subtitles or I wouldn't have understood it.

Yeah, it's really just an elevated train. With the exception that it follows existing roads. Which is admittedly a cool thought process.

What would be nerdy is if it was shaped like a star destroyer...:D

Only issue I can think of is that they'd be extraordinarily top heavy. So you'd need very gentle, banked turns or they'd just totally flip out. Or the stresses on the supports would be immense.

Great lateral thinking though.

I was also thinking that you could instantly vapourise any broken down trucks in the way with giant lasers.

Also the idiots that would inevitably try and turn down a side street while under the bus.

Oh, and the fact that if they broke down, the entire bus network could be kaput!

or they'd just totally flip out.

the lateral supports could be telescopic stilts, so it coud raise and lower its height at need
