Great to see them get the promotion, but I wonder how shattered they'll be by next season.

I actually didn't mind that much that Blackpool beat Cardiff because it is an excellent story! I will be an honorary Blackpool fan next year...

I reckon Cardiff will have a decent chance at automatic promotion next year.

Prophetic words from Ollie back in January:

“Who do you think you’re playing – some nuggets from Blackpool? My team are good, I was starting to take it quite personal. Don’t go booing your team because my team are good

“It’s like putting a rusty bucket down my well that is, like taking my sister out and never ringing her up again. You don’t do things like that.

“I am fed up of it that people are expecting to beat Blackpool.

“Haven’t they heard what we are doing or seen some of the football we have been playing?” – Ian Holloway on fans booing the Bluebirds off after Blackpool’s 1-1 draw in Cardiff back in January. He wasn’t wrong.

Imagine his reaction if you put a rusty bucket down his sister's well.

Loving Holloway and Blackpool in this division. Reminds me a lot of Reading's first season so far.

Absolutely! He's probably my favourite manager right now and it's his sheer force of personality that have taken Blackpool to where they are now...
