Dolph has stated his desire to present a Dean Martin show-style semi-improvised TV variety thing, where he and his celebrity guests would sing, chat and pull lame gags.

Apparently last night he was the Swedish show to choose their eurovision entry performing Eye Of The Tiger.

The BBC likes to make out that it's output is the envy of the rest of the world, but until it starts showing shit like this it has a long way to go IMO.

Yeah, I watched that. It was fairly cool, all the contestants appearing with hand wraps and boxing robes, plus cheerleaders and cheesy chiptune eurodance.

You have to realise that the national selection for Eurovision is Sweden's biggest televisual event in the year, by far, bigger than Eurovision itself and Idol etc.

That is ace. Especially at 2:20 when it goes into the brief chiptune break.

Well I've not had that problem being in Italy. Not that Italian TV is better, it looks terrible in fact, but I can't understand it so I don't watch it. I just have BBC News 24 instead

I'm impressed that the OP is run on a C64.
