At just 5ft tall he is the smallest police officer in the UK yet he has already clocked up 17 arrests with the Devon and Cornwall force.

Rob, aged 29, pounds the beat in Tiverton and is affectionately known to his colleagues as 'Laptop' - because he's a small PC.

I'm assuming PC means something like Police Constable on your quaint little island?

We don't really have federal police as such.

We don't call them mounties in Canada, they're RCMP. We pronounce it "arrcump".

When I went to UC Davis there was a midget cop... he had a black belt and tiekwando or some shit. No one messed with him.

Most cops I've seen have black belts. Pretty sure it's standard issue with the uniform.
