I'm .. me. For what it is worth. I'm trying to figure out how I can move to England.

Why would you want to move to a cold country like that? :p

Because I know a lot of people there and I have no physical support where I am. It's lonely and the memories of my ex and I are everywhere. I feel haunted and sick inside.

Sorry to hear that, Muffin. Sounds like a change would indeed be good for you. Doubt I can do much from Australia, but if I can help in any way, lemme know. *hugs*

$150-$200 seems about standard for an eight speed blu ray.

Davis is a small town so why not try a bigger city? San Francisco is close but expensive. You used to live in San Diego and you have friends there. Failing that there are dozens of possible places all over the US.

We should ignore your unhappiness and focus on your use of the phrase "physical support". Making jokes out of the misfortune of others, this is Counterglow.

haha, physical support

Indeed. When I saw the thread title I thought "Is Ray suffocating?" - "Does he have hypothermia?"

Never going back to San Diego - too many snobby rich people and too many memories of another ex - that one I was with forever.

I don't know why, but I've never had the urge to live in the Bay Area. It's expensive and seems more expensive than it is worth.

Think of it - if I lived in England, maybe I could finally go to a CG meet, or meet Vermin and his little poddlings, or visit other places in Europe.

And yes - old shit is nice. I have to go more East Coast US for decent old shit here.

Btw - I had a thought the other day. John Gosselin reminds me of Provost Harrison.

I've always thought so, too.
