Used to work with this "idiot" who would use air quotes as a matter of "habit". It was pretty "sad" because he would air quote "random" things. Probably about "once" a "day" he would actually air quote something "correctly", though if he "meant" it or not was still a "mystery".

So, I "dedicate" this thread to his memory. As I "hope" to never see that guy again.

Anyway, I hope you have a "nice" day.

is it as "annoying" as using "per se" in every other sentence?

How do you "quote" an exclamation mark? In "real life", I mean.

The best was when he would air quote "thank you".

You never really knew if he "meant" it.

That way, he can "backpedal" on anything he "said" because he can "claim" that he didn't really "mean" it.

He didn't "know" what he meant ever. They guy was dumber than "a" brick.

Just an "attempt" to look "intelligent" then.
