1. I'm a jerk.
2. I don't care to help people.
3. Building a house is a lot easier than people seem to let on.
4. If I have a lot of kids that I can't afford, but am nice to people I might get something more than a paycheck for free
5. Ty Pennington is a kewl dude with a horrible haircut... I bet he's gay
6. If I was to have my house redone by these people I would like my bathroom to be Ty's "secret project"
7. No one remembers "Extreme Makeover" so I don't think you need to add the "Home Edition" any more
8. I want a bus conversion/RV
9. Smashing stuff is fun
10. Chicks and power tools are a good combo

Ty is a drunk driver

And that show is ridiculous. They ask kids what they like, they latch on the first words out of their mouths and then build an over the top room for it with that thing EVERYWHERE. They'll get sick of it in hours.

I really hate this show.

funny part is due to the make-over the morgage on the house rises and most of the ppl can't pay it anymore

They bill the owners for the make-over? Or do you mean that property tax rises?

And why do you hate that show? They employ no architect, or what?

Property taxes and utilities. A lot of the dumber owners have tried to take loans out against their newly increased property values, and guess how well that's going now.
