Today gazzetta.it presents the CL final and have a piece on the top 10 defining moments of CL finals. Of course there is this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRVAnB4CbMo) one.

Special kudos are given to Clive Tyldesley and how he reads what's going to happen with amazing accuracy.

Can Manchester United score.. they always score..

.. we will go into extratime with the golden goal.. UNLESS Ole Solskjaer can conjure up another..

You have to feel this IS their year..
.. is THIS their moment?

Amazing stuff. Let's hope to witness something as special as that this evening.

Btw..

I can add that if it's not in 3.8.2

Clive Tyldesley has mentioned "that night in Barcelona" in every commentary since, and his prediction would be more impressive if he doesn't make bold predictions like that during most attacks/set pieces. They are bound to come off sometimes.

I'll be watching on Sky. (which means I won't get him commentating  )

It was astonishing. I've never been turned so non-neutral in a game i was otherwise neutral to.

I can only see goals tonight. Neither team will be afraid. They'll both fancy they can win.

 Fair enough, we don't listen to him that much to realize that.

Yeah. In my memory the Bayern players were waving at the crowd and virtually signing autographs with 5 mins to go. They had dominated the game but it was still only 1-0. I remember me you and wilby dancing around the house when the second goal went in. Amazing.

I am looking forward to tonight a lot. I give ManU a slight edge because I think they have the slightly better defence...

I'd seen a lot of man u that season, they did the treble, and they really did get force their way to wins in a lot of games, I honestly thought they'd lost their chance that time but I couldn't believe they were losing in a lot of ways. Scholes and Keane being out was a huge loss.

Half time. Barca didn't turn up until the goal. What a transformation. 35 mins of keep ball and the odd flash of something brilliant enough to warrant another goal. Strange to see man u lose their confidence and composure.

I thought Man United were supposed to be good.

If the term 'men against boys' did not already exist before that, then it surely would now. That was an undeniable, absolute fucking spanking. Brilliant.

Was like watching Spurs.

And I couldn't have been more wrong about the defences. Barca playing like that with (as far as I could tell) none of their first choice defence playing in the right places vs ManU's best team, was very impressive.

The only way barca could be stopped was playing the way chelsea did

absolutely. or outscored. if man u had converted one of their very decent early chances who knows how it would have panned out.

but barca deserved it undoubtedly, and it's a good result for football
