if you can't fix something with sellotape, chewing gum and a knife, it wasn't designed properly.

you should see the fine repair work my brother and i used to do on things around the house. broken antique plate hit by a tennis ball? no problem, superglue, felt tip pens for retouching, tea for re-staining and candlewax to seal cracks.
