Great fun, many good things, lots of mud and drugs.

This guy is a fucking cunt though. Waited all day for him and played the dullest DJ set I've ever seen, cleared a packed tent and had no visuals or anything. The guy is a genius, why the fuck doesn’t he play his own stuff. I even endured Hercules and the fucking Love Affair so I could see this cock.

It is. Wanker.

Anyway, I did'nt get to see P&tP, as they clashed with Aphex Twin and The Winehouse, bit of bad luck really.

Good stuff:
Human League (no, really)
Grace Jones (funny as fuck, she changed costume for every song)
Roni Size (incredible)
Filthy Dukes (v. good - much better than I thought they would be)
808 State (on after the Twin debacle and got the tent going again)
Neon Neon (super)
Breeders (good fun)
Underworld (amazing and I'm not really that much of a fan)
Wedding Present (ancient)
Lee Scratch Perry (heavy)
DJ Bailey
DJ Hype
Marl Moore

Aphex Twin (dull)
Gary Numan (played Cars early, the fool)
Laura Marling (I didn't go to see her, but I could hear her from my tent. Awful)

Can't remeber anyone else really, not at the moment anyway. I thought Robs band were playing but I couldn't see them on the bill anywhere?

I'm confused. Was it in 1986?

Did you go?! I was there too. We should have co-ordinated.

I agree Aphex twin was really dull, no intro or anything.

Saw a surprise appearance by the Specials who were good. Then went to see Lee Scratch Perry (brilliant as ever).

Reprazent were very good.

P&TP were pretty cool (the bit I saw anyway) the best bit was the giant Iron Maiden style giant Pirate in the crowd.

Pendulum were cool, but performance of the festival has to go to Sugarhill Gang... so many old classics!

Definitely one of the best lineups I've ever seen just a shame about all the mud and rain!
