Not because he spent the preceding 3 weeks cycling around Ireland on a fridge?

just 9 days, and he was walking instead of cycling because his 45 year old bike was too heavy for those damn hills you islanders have.
why isn't it flat in England and Ireland?

Who would be so helpful?

Tizzy

It was doubly helpful, one person suggested it and another helpfully passed on the suggestion.

What happened to Wales?:hmm:

It's insignificant.

Tell that to the Dutch!

We get an Orange Invasion every year - we were even invaded by their army the other (last?) year!

I think mr_GB's friend is an un-Dutch imposter...

He spent half a day in Swansea between trains. Probably wanted to blank Wales out of his mind.

Or the fact he wasn't cycling in Wales meant he didn't notice any hills or something.
