MoSe

No no no. It's better when they say "you can find Number 16 Bus Shelter in the alley behind the bar on 52nd Street."

Your address could be "see name!"

#1 rule for naming your children:
Ask yourself "Will this name get my kid's ass kicked?"
If you even have to hesitate before saying "No", then DON'T NAME YOUR KID THAT!

Goddammit,t hat would be such a cool name...

Passenger: Driver, what's your name? I want to report you!

Driver: Number 16 bus shelter!

Passenger: :drekkus:

On a side note, it's refreshing to know that not only famous people are batshit insane and prone to naming their kids things that will lead to years of emotional scarring and therapy.

The moral of the story: Never name the kid after exactly where they were conceived.

Otherwise there'd be a few kids named "back seat of dad's car"...

I had a grand-grand-aunt named Adelaide, and I thought had I ever had a daughter that would have been a lovely name to perpetuate in the family.
Of course that would have prevented her to ever visit Australia.

Luckily no girl has ever considered to let me pass on my genes, leave alone aunts names.
BTW, second option was Olimpia...

It needs the Y ... Olympia. Olimpia doesn't look right.

Do you know her?

MoSe

I knew in english it had a y, but I can never decide which one is it.
Italian doesn't have y in its alphabet.

(of course this didn't prevent the daughter of Tyrone Power, once married to a locally famous italian singer, to name their daughter Ylenia. She died young, maybe it was the name fault)

Suddenly I think to recall there was also a movie where a couple gave their child a name which included punctuation.

It got revealed in the end as a plot to make the school network crash, as when the name was inserted in the students database it formed a proper command in the DB languange to erase it all.....
