we're performing on the jimmy kimmel show in two days (apparently in full zombie make up).

will ferrell and mel b are also appearing. which leads me to believe that it's quite a big show. is it?

also, we're playing lollapalooza if anyone in the chicago area wants tickets. and we're doing a little tour with bloc party and loads of dj sets if anyone american wants to hook up.

Jimmy Kimmel is a pretty big show. He's priming to take over the 12:30 slot from Conan O'Brien once O'Brien takes over for Leno next year.

That's great!

Kimmel probably gets 1-2 million viewers on average.

Not to make you nervous or anything...

You'll be in Chicago. That's scarily close to me. :(

It's on at 12:05 in the US...

Not when you watch the Seattle feed from Toronto.

The Buffalo feed at 12:05 conflicts with my Last Comic Standing and So You Think You Can Dance tapings.

(Yes, I know)

And fuck, that guy from the Burger King commercial looks extra creepy in that screenshot.

It's dependent on syndication contracts actually.

You know that in America hook up can mean shag?

Quite a lot of the Jimmy Kimmel show seems to end up on YouTube so maybe we'll get to see you.

They got cut out of the online replay of the show for some reason.

KrazyHorse

Weird. I watched it when it aired (~1 am EDT)

Asher

I have it taped and didn't watch it yet.

Drake Tungsten

Oh shit. Mel B just brought up Jimmy's breakup with Sarah Silverman...

KrazyHorse

Yeah, that was kind of awkward.

Kimmel's face dropped for a few seconds. He didn't know what to say.

Asher

You look kind of dead -- is it jet lag?

It's in front of a live audience ... and probably some undead too.
