my landlord has apparently sold the house that i'm living it, and the new buyers want us out by july thirty-first. this, after i busted my ass cleaning up all his messes for a house inspection.

i had been asking for a lease, but my landlord was dragging his feet when we moved in back in october about giving us one. now i know why.

i've been combing craigslist for apartments, and have found a few suitable places.

Well, I imagine it's a bit stressful having to find a house and move into it with a young baby and he was hoping for some support or something?

Good luck finding somewhere sb.

We normally get 2 months, depends how long you've lived in the property and what the terms of your lease are.

Six weeks isn't too bad mate - I'm sure you will find somewhere in plenty of time! :)

it's not the somewhere that bothers me. my wife is adamant about keeping our current babysitter, and for twenty dollars a day, i'm not sure i can argue with her.

however, the selection available in the location we need is finding itself wanting. we've applied to rent one place that's perfect for what we want and need, and received a call that they can't take us because we have a pair of pet rabbits, and the owners are highly allergic.

fuck the rabbits, i'd rather have a place to live, and i told this to the owner. they will continue to consider us.

Indeed, but he did say he'd found some. So I was wondering what the drama was...?

Good luck finding somewhere sb.
