View Full Version : Counterpoint threads to save

The Management
23-04-2008, 13:03:07
Please post urls of threads here that should be saved from the Counterpoint Archive (http://www.counterglow.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?forumid=16) when it is archived.

Rules suck but..

Please use existing posts when adding new threads (ie edit), do not make comments in this thread, and do not volunteer mr_G threads to keep this thread easy to manage. It doesn't matter if a thread is posted twice or more.

Thanks!

I immediately focused on Jopni M;i;l;l;eer threads:

How about keeping all threads with more than 50 views?

Well, all the threads with more than 50 posts, probably. Certainly all the ones with 250+ posts. There's good solid internet drama in them.

How could we lose the rustic charm of the Whatever happened to FFZ? (http://www.counterglow.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12077) thread. Or the time Yang didn't kill himself (http://www.counterglow.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=18363). And all the delightful Poly (http://www.counterglow.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4257) spillover (http://www.counterglow.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6488).

(I can't actual tell whether the above paragraph is meant to be sarcastic)

FFZ, and I suspect Poly, has the lot, but this one: http://www.counterglow.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21911
is definitely worth keeping.

One question though: Do I have any threads?

If there's one thread that deserves a bump it's that one. You couldn't spoil it, no-one could.
Except Venom. But he wouldn't edit it so it's ok.

Just looking through the old links posted. The Hasselbaink one needs to be saved.

I sent The Shaker a text message just before the FA Cup final started, as Hasselbaink was playing. I wasn't sure how fit he was.
