I wonder who comes from most smallest village here.

Some of us sound like "whoah, look at that, Jeremiah!" farmboys sometimes.

Not to mention the village idiots

I come from a small townsized village so I probably lose.

About 1000 people and that outnumbers the cows and sheep considerably.

Maybe it is the human/animal ratio that counts?

Vincent

Are you sheep or cow?

I grew up in a village with a total population of about 100, bookended by two dairy farms. The village amenities consisted of a public telephone booth and a bench.

1.3 million. Do I win? Do I win?

150.

At least, at the time I grew up in it. It's scaling the heady heights of 500 now.

I thought Oerdin was the winner...

I mean, 1.3 million... the rest of us only had to out-compete a few thousand. Even Funko only was from a town of 140k (I expected larger).

Small city of about 200,000 in an area of about 1 million. But there's a lot of farmers not too far away.

The question was, where do you come from, not where do you live now.

But what is meant with: where do you come from? Does it mean, where were you born, where did you live during your childhood, where did you live the longest time in your life??

I only lived for one year in my birthplace, then lived in the second place for 4 years, then for 6 years in the next, then 7 years in the next, then 17 years in the next, and now almost 1 year in my current.

If it's by birthplace, I rule!!!

I thought I had a good shot, coming from a village of around 600 people, but apparently not. Story of my life.

I didn't live in a town up through the 4th grade. Nearest one was Crosby, Pennsylvania. It boasted a Tastee Freeze, convenience store sized grocer, and... little league fields. No idea what the population was - just really small, think most people worked at the sawmill nearby.

do you know about Ravenna, Italy?

It's a cozy little town, with some famous curches, and art, and history...

BTW

Milan, Italy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milan)
municipality: 1.3 mln (was 1.7 when I was born)
urban area: 3.8 mln
metropolitan area: 7.4 mln (?)

Yup and I lived across from the football field. Seems the little farm we had was "developed" into four houses. Progress comes to Ravenna!
