Tips: Nuts are essential for the success of the recipe.

Fairly obvious, if you ask me.

Yes and i also liked the note showing alternate weights for high altitude cooking.

There's actually a little story behind this post, and because i'm sure no-one cares, i will tell it.

I was down in somerset for the weekend with a young lady and we were in Lyme Regis. we had seen a shop selling fudge earlier in the day and some of the fudge had very suggestive names. e.g. crusty fludge flakes. We were having fun making up some new ones and my master stroke was Tunnel of Fudge. i didn't think it could possibly exist, but thank you google.

Here's a much better story though: while in lyme regis we went to a tiny fossil shop, about the size of someone's front room. We were the only people in there apart from the owner, who was a middle-aged lady who was sipping tea behind the counter while we browsed the fossils. there was a radio playing in the shop and it was talking about how muslim leaders were promoting three goals to english people: a) arranged marriage b) sexual abstinence and c) no excessive drinking.
I turned to the young lady and said 'well that's blown our weekend' and was greeted by the sound of the owner spitting her tea out and bursting into laughter.

deleting a few words makes the recipe much more exciting.

Grease 10 inch tube, beating well after each addition. Spoon batter evenly on rack allowing some to run down sides. 16 servings.

Tips: Nuts are essential for the success of the recipe.

This is the kind of thread that the self professed master of copycats would normally have field day with.
