is splendid, possibly even better than the first season

they took historical liberties to spice up things (notably on the death of major figures, like Brutus) and some artistic licences (death of Cicero) but it's joy to watch, great actors, script, direction, light, etc.

I'm on episode 6 with only one concern; the main refreshing point was how refreshing pre-judeo christian morality was... but now they build up Timon (the jew) into a figure symbolising morality... let's see how they play their hand to the end, but I would hate a too simplistic message

but see it, it's great
