top two both look like the allianz arena, designed by herzog and de meuron, they are now doing portsmouth's new stadium, which also has vinnie's port area/boat feel thing going on

I'm curious but at the same time opening a forum KG labels as "incredibly anal" worries me.

Unlike Boris Johnson, I think Portsmouth has some incredibly nice bits to it, the whole Gun Wharf development is very tasteful especially seeing as they appear to have avoided many of the mistakes of some of the particularly soulless parts of London's Docklands.

I'm surprised they're putting the stadium in that location though - it doesn't seem big enough for the purpose (what will the capacity be?) and will totally obscure HMS Warrior from view...:(

Not to mention that surely the congestion on match days in that area will be phenomenal!

Renzo Piano is the one who made the airport in Osaka right? The one on a man-made island who is now slowly sinking into the ocean.

An underwater airport. Cool.

Did you accidentally took a pic of one of Charles vandenhove's(das een waalse architect uit Luik) buildings?

I think he sucks, been to his office two months ago and I had to be very very polite not to tell that old geezer he sucks.
That was very very mature of me
