Drekkus
23-04-2007, 07:44:29
you don't know what you will be winning

Bob
23-04-2007, 07:47:53
But I know what I won't win

Drekkus
23-04-2007, 07:50:24

Dyl Ulenspiegel

Bob

maroule

I voted Sarko, and will again vote Sarko next time
I'm normally center right, so Bayrou should have been my choice (he was on the first round on 2002), but he is too mediocre an individual to rebuild the whole system around him

Sego is disastrous, not simply incompetent (nobody really knows if she is, she never had any real significant position), but truly psycho-rigid

Sarko's recent lunge to the right is distateful for a euro-federalist, nation-skeptic, liberal like myself, but he is the only one coming with the energy and the team to reform

maroule

as for who will win, it all points for a victory for Sarko but will be closer than people seem to think

the left will now paint sarko as a fascist, which is deeply dishonnest, but might work

The big problem seems to be they're all french!

If the bloody Americans wouldn't keep interfering they could have a nice efficient German leadership.

Bob

maroule

rigid, with a psychotic edge to it (unable to change her decisions, even when confronted with the overwhelming forces of reality). There are some examples of this behaviour, outside of France as well.

Bob

Drekkus

during a TV debate (against Fabius and Strauss K.), wanting to look hawkish, she said Iran should be forbidden all access to atomic power... so her adversaries said she had made a mistake, and meant just "military", which proved how incompetent she was on foreign affairs... and instead of backing down, she confirmed, "all types, civilian included"... a position nobody in the world, Bush included, takes, and is contrary to all international agreements... so the Iranians can't have civilian nuclear power plants... that will teach them!

Bob
