I love you and miss you.

07-03-2007, 15:56:38
Who are you?

I think I remember his name... No, never mind. That was the name of a tv series. ;)

What's up BGH? Parole came early?

07-03-2007, 16:09:40
For you or him?

How's the missus and the little'uns?

Still working for the ungrateful bastards at whatever chain store (Target?) you were managing?

07-03-2007, 16:43:36
I got really busy for the holidays (I got sent to Alaska for a while to check on a store there as well--trying to be a golden boy here...bah! nothing but promises and broken hearts!)
which morphed into a serious but brief addiction to Second Life in what little free time I have, which morphed into taking care of Mom in now her 3rd bout with bone cancer. I've also been doing some readings with local playwrights and working on a graphic novel with an artist friend.
Add almost 4 and almost 6 year old boys to the equation and stir...ergo, no CG for a while.
But I hope to start again...the beast must be fed.

What happened while I was gone? Marriage? Breakup? Children? Lottery winners? Is Provost post-operative yet? Is KG still an actor on The Office? How many kids do Funko and Tizzy have? Are the foreigners...err...foreign? How many pubescent trolls have been beaten down? Is Venom a Hare Krishna now? I'm sure you've all grown so much...

I moved to Kansas City. Two years ago.

Best Buy...I like it here. Much better than Target and supposedly better than most other big box retailers. Toying with throwing my name in the hat for overseas assignment..but right now that is just China and tiny Geek Squad presence in London.

07-03-2007, 16:53:39
I still remember a time when you had no kids!

07-03-2007, 16:55:02
Those were the days of wine and roses, weren't they? I remember YOU in short pants!

Gah, not London! It's in England, you know.

07-03-2007, 16:55:38

Hi BGH, I miss you too. Not sure about the love thing though. I moved house and CG'ers have produced some more kids since last spring, but I guess you weren't away that long.

Only half of it is in Kansas, the other half is in Missouri.

And who was that BGH fellow again?

Scabrous Birdseed

Almost all of it is Missouri. It's one of the funny quirks of US geography.

08-03-2007, 10:01:37
Yeah right, next thing you'll be telling me that Washington isn't in the state of Washington.

08-03-2007, 10:31:05
And I suppose Mexico City isn't in New Mexico.

08-03-2007, 10:42:21
Duh, that's Old Mexico.

08-03-2007, 10:43:37

Do haircuts hurt as much as papercuts?

08-03-2007, 17:01:15
I wouldn't know.

08-03-2007, 17:03:06
ask our resident cuts expert, Laz

I went ahead and had all that lasered. Stung like hell for awhile, but I'm smooth and free now.
