Venom
02-01-2007, 17:25:11
If it tries to jam its finger in the barrel, it's KGs.

If it craps its pants, tries to grab the gun and shoot everyone, and then just lays down. It's mine.

If it tries to suck the barrel, it's Mobius'.

If it tries to rape some sheep with the gun it's Funko's.

Funko
02-01-2007, 17:27:54
If it tries to use the gun as a nail gun to put up shelving next to a gas pipe, it's Laz's.

Koyaanisqatsi
02-01-2007, 17:32:44
Best: Khet (http://www.khet.com/rules.html)

Worst: A shirt two sizes too small (and ugly, though at least not pink.)

Most Bizarre: Another secret santa gift: Farenhype 911 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0427228/). When I opened it the person who gave it away said "I may or may not be in that." I don't plan to find out either way.

the Fin
02-01-2007, 17:35:11
great film, brilliant gift

Scabrous Birdseed
02-01-2007, 18:54:08
Best: It would have been the beautiful, refurbished 1960s portable vinyl player, a great-sounding dream in saffron-and-cream plastic. But my fiancée can't keep a secret for her life so I got it three weeks before. I guess it'll have to be the electronic kitchen scales.

Worst: Blue duvet cover with nasty 90s-styled pattern.

Most bizarre: An electro-pneumatic bicycle pump from my father-in-law. Apparently it was fairly pricey too. My fiancée, who was with him when he bought it, said he'd thought it'd be an excellent gift and taken it straght away.

I received no X-mas presents, just as I wanted.
No hassles, no gratitude to fake.
Also spared me from the obligation of making any, except a wooden box with 200 color crayons "ordered" by my 9yo niece (80€!)

All baths need lubricants now-a-days... that or I meant a bath scrub-thingy. ;)

Funko
03-01-2007, 13:39:43
So you are lubing up for a scrubber?

Venom
03-01-2007, 13:52:54
You're supposed to clean your bath?

Funko

Yeah, around that price it's £114/month. It's worth every penny though, it's like being on holiday when you're there.

King_Ghidra
05-01-2007, 09:19:31
hmm, if your idea of a holiday is being surrounded by muscular, sweaty, grunting men...

Funko
05-01-2007, 09:21:42
I think Drekkus' point was, that's a very generous present at well over £1000...

Ah, sorry I didn't make myself clear. The missus and I decided not to spend £500 getting each other presents; instead we decided to put the money aside and use it to pay membership to the gym for a few months.

Drums indeed....

Funko

She is playing drums in our band, it'd help having her own drums.

Gramercy Riffs
05-01-2007, 11:06:37
Best: A melodica from Germany.

Worst: A fucking calendar. When I need to know a certain date for certain arrangement, why just look on my mobile when I can simply try and memorize every date/day by staring at the back of my bedroom door?

Most Bizarre: A melodica calendar.

Funko
05-01-2007, 11:07:20

It's great the way people these days are open minded enough to hear music before judging it.

King_Ghidra

Of course, Laz. Amidst the blond-tipped mullets and boy bling of Reading my metrosexuality is very much another manbag in the crowd.

I appreciate life is tough as a proto-goth in the land of the wookie hole witch, but here in the clone towns people are more open to fashion-mag-approved diversity.
