View Full Version : I have a rodent problem.

Not in my house but in my backyard. Some sort of rodent has been raiding my bigfeeder. I wouldn't care so much but the bastard has ben prying off the little metal feeder holes so it can get to more of the seeds and this causes most of the seeds in the bird feeder to fall out. At first I thought it was just a large bird pulling off the metal feed slots so I crazy glued them on to the rest of the bird feeder. This lasted for around five days then the bugger pulled the top off of the bird feeder and slightly pulled apart the sides.

I know it is a rodent because there are rodent droppings in the bird food which means the little fucker has climbed into the feeder somehow and took up an extended residence eating the bird seeds and shitting on the ones it didn't eat. How the fuck can I rodent proof a bird feeder?

Get a squirrel-proof feeder. If it can keep squirrels out, it'll defeat any rodent.
