an embryonic maroule is on the way
3 months, all cool so far, due in May

Mrs M. has pimples all over her face and is pretty grumpy about it, but apart from that it is all bliss

I nearly fainted when I saw the first echography :nervous:
I havn't fully realised the impact of all this... I did on an intellectual level, wanting to be a father etc., but I still have to FEEL it ya k'now...

Still pretty difficult to envision, even or especially when everybody feels suddenly entitled to give you advices and pearls of wisdom about it.

As a side note, I want a girl... even if it means warning her later against bastards like myself

Since when were gay men not virile?

maroule
21-11-2006, 10:47:38
since you anglo-saxons started showing continental europeans as she-male, effeminate ephebes, and call French and Italians gays because they lost wars

Congratulations, hope it all goes well!

The big boobs are a definite bonus; I recommend a good collagen based moisturiser to be used early to prevent stretch marks - it worked wonders on the missus. She went from (5'9'') 9st 6lbs to 14st 12lbs then back down to 9st 6lbs and she doesn't have a single stretch mark!

I bet you've been using that stuff in your bodybuilding regime...;)

Congrats Maroule, and best wishes!

that is the ultimate proof you anglo-saxon barbarians think cheese should taste like amoniac

it would never occur to a civilised cheese eating nation citizen (France or Italy) to make that analogy

hah! Not all of us...

Our cheeses are not only excellent but we make more different ones than France or Italy.

MattHiggs
23-11-2006, 11:45:05
The French can't even make decent wine anymore. Losers!

Tizzy

We had some pretty good French wine the other week, which was just begging for some nice cheese to go with it.

Hah! Most of the world's supply of second-rate, pre-ground fake parmesan is surely Italian.

bastard, you made me google that

as for the rest of the trolls, I'm not falling for that! ah!

I still have horrified memories of the plaster like somerset brie I use to buy in Sainsbury (but quality cheddar can be nice)

It's better now, but you are still better off buying French brie and English English cheeses!

The French Brie in Sainsburys has also improved, that wasn't particularly good either.

Funko
23-11-2006, 12:01:19
Anyway, there are over 700 English cheeses, it's not all cheddar and fake brie.
