I'm the lightest I've been in a while also. I have no idea how much I weigh. I just assume I have lost weight, because I am awesome.

I'm the heaviest I've been all my life, which is great!

I'm aiming to get to 190lbs by next spring.

Why? You're right where you should be.

I'm slightly overweight at 6'5" and 235lbs.

According to your height of 5' 9" your ideal healthy weight is 160 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 135 and 168 pounds.

This was calculated using Hamwi formula, a simple formula commonly used by many clinicians.

Not sure about California but in the UK 153 pounds is between 135 and 168 pounds.
