I've noticed a few signs outside paper shops in Reading advertising our local weekly paper, the Reading Chronicle, in Polish.

Now the BBC do a full story on it:

Direct translation huh?

Well why is the english version talking about "the buildings" and the polish one about crazy architecture!!

Where i live is very polish. I hear polish as much as english on any typical walk through my neighbourhood and to and from town.

On sunday mornings when the Car boot fair is on it is like little warsaw.

I remember very well when Warsaw beat us at the Millenium Stadium.

Poland is getting empty. Almost every western EU country has had a rise in polish workers.

Quick! Buy Polish real estate now!:bounce:

Reckon we could polish it all off and make a nice profit for when they all start returning home with lots of money...

my cleaning lady is polish, and most of the people who worked on refurbishing my flat also were... they're still cheap and reliable.. over time, they'll be as lazy and useless as western europeans though... time is the great equalizer

I live in a traditionally Polish area (well, next to two of them). Between Hammersmith and Acton you might as well be in Warsaw as well as having the huge Polish club in Hammersmith too.
